Refund policy

1. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Please email laughingwolfcontact@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We can cancel your order and issue a refund as long as the creation process has not started and the order has not shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds once your order is in production or has been shipped.

2. Can I return or exchange my item?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges to maintain the quality of our products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. I received the wrong item or my item arrived damaged.

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please email laughingwolfcontact@gmail.com with photo evidence of the issue. We will arrange a replacement for you. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of that item.
